CLARIN-IS has already established a Metadata Providing Centre (CLARIN C-Centre) which hosts metadata for Icelandic language resources and makes them available through the Virtual Language Observatory which is accessible via the CLARIN ERIC Service Page. CLARIN-IS aims to establish a technical Service Providing Centre (CLARIN B-centre) which will host and maintain all kinds of language resources, and provide advice and information on the development, description and storage of such resources. Furthermore, CLARIN-IS aims at establishing a Knowledge Centre (CLARIN K-centre) on the Icelandic language.
